The 1st Hole at Victor Harbor Golf Club

The iconic first hole view at the Victor Harbor Golf Club

Hole 1 – Description

Inducted into the Australian Golf Digests Iconic Holes Hall of Fame, and now The Sunday Mail’s number 1 Golf Hole in South Australia.

With a tree lined fairway it provides a challenging start to your round. The first tee is elevated 30 metres above the fairway, adjacent to the clubhouse. The drive has a small landing area with the fairway feeding errant shots into the fairway bunker to the left. Having successfully placed your drive down the fairway you are faced with a short iron to a green sloping back to front, bunker to the right, with challenging pin placements.
